type, gender, and age that goes through a diet, it's mission and

for yourself if you are overweight and growing heavier, is to get
yourself a) educated first, about everything from where you are going
wrong, to what you can do gradually start your reversal process. b) Get
yourself on an incremental diet plan covering all angles of fatloss
immediately, the online programs nowadays are amazing and you get to
lose at your own pace which is good for those that are embarrassed or
ashamed to go to gyms or jog etc. c) Stock up on fruits, and do your
best to eat lot's of them during your research and reading for your
diet - you can't go wrong with fruit (I mean real fruit not strawberry
sundays or rasberry ice-cream).
